The series of paintings I am working on is basically a traditional still life painting, but the still life scene is not completely traditional. There is movement in it. Life. Into the still life creeps hands that fondle the arranged objects. My still life is therefore somewhat naughty when a hand suddenly appears in the middle of the still life and becomes a symbol of humanity, chaos and the will to live.
